Good to know
This property has been wonderfully renovated and consists of one building with four apartments each. Each apartment has its own fully stocked kitchen, open concept living room, a stackable washer-dryer combo, and two bedrooms with one bathroom featuring a shower-tub combo. There are two apartments on the lower level and two on the upper level. The apartments are not connected by doors. The property also offers a fully gated parking lot and two custom-built gazebos, fire pits, and grills for outdoor entertainment.
Other Details to Note
Be careful pulling into the driveway to not drag the bottom of your vehicle. All vehicles should stop at the keypad as to avoid interruption by the gate. The main gate opens toward the cul-de-sac entrance.
