Great price and comfy stay! The hosts were very active with checking in. The apartment was spotless and the beds were super comfy. I had no issue with the area and felt safe since the apartment was gated in. I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

Mu husband and I stayed at Ehab's place while visiting Rice University and found it perfect for what we need. The place is very carefully designed and maintained, spot clean and very comfortable, offers all kinds of amenities, and is easy to reach, quiet and private. The area is very nice, close to beautiful Hermann Park where we like to run during our stays in Houston, and a short distance from Rice Village where one can find plenty of coffee places and restaurants. We have been visiting Rice often in the last few years since our son studies there, and we have stayed at other locations as well. Ehab's place is definitely the best solutions for us and will be back soon! Thank you for the hospitality!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the comforts of home (and more!). Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, which made our stay incredibly relaxing and stress-free. The host was truly exceptional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. Communication was clear and timely, and they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how smooth everything was, from check-in to check-out. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming and well-managed. We are so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect Airbnb stay!

Passei 1 mês nesse apartamento e eu amei! A estadia foi excelente, muito bem localizado. Perto de diversos o restaurantes, pontos turísticos e museus. Além de ficar super próximo ao parque Hermann que é excelente para corridas e caminhadas, ou mesmo um piquenique. A casa é super limpa e bem equipada. Além de ser uma região super segura. Com certeza voltaria.

ich war 3 Monate in der Wohnung und es war alles super! Die Gastgeber waren proaktiv, jederzeit erreichbar, haben mir immer geholfen falls was war. Die Lage war wirklich super für mich, nahe an der Tram und man ist schnell in der city. jederzeit wieder. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Great stay!!! I’m glad I came across this place and was able to rent it. The location is basically like a small community that shares a courtyard. Looks just like the photos, a great location and well maintained. Yes, the walls are kind of thin, however I’d still stay here again in a heartbeat! Also, the Hosts were very responsive and provided a lot of information before I would have to ask! All in all, A+ Rating!

The house was super cute and the pictures good night do justice. The beds were super comfortable and the communication was amazing. I traveled to Houston a lot and plan to contain to stay here.

I am very low key. The place is meant for 1 max 2 people. Very cute i had everything i needed. Any issues were handled promptly and i can appreciate that. I would stay here again!

location, clean, comfortable, cute, access to bike paths, quiet neighborhood, I liked it, small improvements could be made for longer stays... like adding kitchen towels, closet hangers and/or coat hooks
