Host your wonderful family and friends in this beautifully remodeled duplex featuring two elegantly designed units. Total this has 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, and 2 Queen sofa beds which can accommodate 16 guests very comfortably. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Our open-concept living space is great for family game night or if you prefer spending more time outdoors, our expansive backyard includes plenty of outdoor seating and a relaxing dipping pool to escape the Houston heat.
Good to know
Our home is a newly remodeled duplex with Unit A on the 1st floor and Unit B on the 2nd floor. It is designed for those who love both indoor and outdoor living. Our pool is 4 1/2 feet deep and we designed it for families and friends to relax and enjoy. Our backyard is huge which allows for multiple hangout areas either by the pool or on our outdoor sectional under the string lights. The backyard is the only shared space for guests staying in Unit A & B. All units are equipped with full-size washer and dryers.
Other Details to Note
Please keep in mind that we maintain the pool on a regular basis with a professional cleaning company. The pool is skimmed and chemical levels are checked prior to your arrival. Please understand that it's natural for leaves to fall into the pool. Feel free to grab the pool skimmer to remove them. Thanks!
