Welcome to Maltby Motors! A historic mechanic shop converted into four unique industrial lofts. We are in the heart of the Segundo Barrio--Houston's vibrant Latin district. Ideal for a picture-perfect time with friends and family. Each unit includes a master suite on the 1st floor and 2nd floor loft with 2 queen beds. Each unit sleeps 6 but the entire property has 4 separate lofts and can sleep up to 24 guests. Close to downtown and centrally located to many great attractions.

Maltby Motors is a one-of-a-kind historic mechanic shop that has been converted into four uniquely designed industrial loft spaces with their own signature vibe. Located in the heart of Houston's Segundo Barrio which is rich with Latin culture and art. There are a total of four units. Each space is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and upstairs loft that includes two queen-size beds. There are a total of three queen-size beds. Each living room has its own accent wall that would look great in any photoshoot. This listing is a combination of all 4 lofts. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom with a queen bed with a smart TV and walk in shower. Climb up the stairs to find our cozy loft with 2 queen beds! . Our open concept living allows open entertainment from the kitchen to the living room. There is also a shared parking lot and laundry room onsite for our guests to use. This space is ideal for both short and long term stays and we encourage guests to take advantage of the many opportunities for photography. The entire property is gated for privacy and includes a keypad for entry and exit. Other Details to Note
Please note access to the second floor loft requires climbing a ship ladder (see photos). We highly recommend using both hands to climb to access the two queen beds at the top. The loft area at the top floor is low, please be careful at all times.
