Good to know
This beautifully renovated property consists of 2 buildings with 4 apartments in each. Each apartment has its own fully stocked kitchen, open concept living room, a stackable washer dryer combo, 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom with a shower tub combo. There are a total of 4 apartments on the lower level and 4 apartments on the upper level. No doors connect the individual apartments. From our fully gated parking lot, you can enjoy 2 custom built gazebos, fire pits and grills for outdoor entertainment. This space is perfect for family gatherings, reunions, corporate events and more!
Other Details to Note
Be careful pulling into the driveway to not drag the bottom of your vehicle. All vehicles should stop at the keypad as to avoid interruption by the gate. The main gate opens toward the cul-de-sac entrance.
